-
Always seek the advice of your podiatrist or other qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition.

3. Services and Booking
3.1. Appointments
We offer various appointments, including New Patient Assessments (£55), Existing Patient Routine Care (£50), and Diabetic Screenings (£60).
-
Bookings made online via our Wix booking system are subject to availability.
-
We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to unforeseen clinical emergencies.
3.2. Home Visits
Home visit appointments are strictly limited to Tuesdays and are reserved for elderly or housebound patients located local to the clinic.
-
Booking Restriction: Home visits cannot be booked online. They must be arranged by telephone to allow the podiatrist to plan a route and time schedule.
-
We reserve the right to decline a home visit request if the location is outside our service area or if the patient does not meet the criteria for home care.
3.3. Nail Surgery
Nail surgery appointments (£350) usually require a prior assessment to determine suitability. This procedure includes local anaesthetic and phenol application. Suitability for surgery is at the sole clinical discretion of the podiatrist.
4. Cancellations and "No-Shows"
-
Notice Period: We require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations.
-
Fees: Failure to attend an appointment or cancelling without sufficient notice may incur a fee
-
Late Arrivals: If you arrive late, your appointment time may be shortened to avoid delaying the next patient. The full appointment fee will still apply.
5. Payments
-
Prices for treatments are listed on the website (e.g., £55 for New Patients, £90 for Biomechanical Assessments).
-
We reserve the right to modify prices at any time. The price applicable to your booking will be the price current at the time of booking.
-
Payment is due at the time of treatment unless a deposit was taken online via the Wix Payments platform.
6. Patient Conduct (Zero Tolerance)
We are committed to providing a calm and supportive environment. We operate a zero-tolerance policy regarding abusive, aggressive, or inappropriate behavior towards our staff. We reserve the right to refuse treatment and ask any individual exhibiting such behavior to leave the premises.
